Have you ever noticed
that your life
runs really well –
when you are in connection
with yourself?
– Simone Reichstein
Not as an abstract idea. But very concretely: what effect does good contact with yourself have on your environment? On your partner. On your family. On your work situation. Perhaps also on your team, if you are a leader.
It was the same for me.
The more I was in relationship with myself – well-disposed toward myself, centred – the more I could be there for others. Not as someone who sacrifices themselves. But as someone who is truly present. Who listens. Who sees.
This is true in private life. And it is equally true in a team.
When you as a leader are with yourself, you become a calm centre. Not because you no longer have challenges – but because you are able to give others stability while remaining grounded yourself. You can support others in getting to know themselves better. Getting to know each other as a team. Developing joy in deciding together and moving forward.
Seeing everyone in their potential. And using that potential – for the shared goals.
If you are also interested in working at this level – with yourself, with your team, with your organisation –
I'd love to hear from you.
Start a conversation → You matter a lot.– Simone Reichstein
