How culture and impact emerge from that
Your organisation has
talented people.
But are they truly
reaching their potential?
Silos slow things down, decisions take too long, transformation stalls – and the best people eventually go where they can truly shape things.

the more important
the person becomes.
The challenges of our time are too complex for any single person – even a CEO – to have all the answers. No organisation is created by an org chart or a process; it is created anew every day, by people who think, decide and take responsibility together.
That is why I have never understood organisations as machines meant to function efficiently. For me they are living systems – and this is exactly where their greatest strength lies: not in everyone thinking alike, but in difference being experienced as a source of new possibilities. Self-organisation and ownership are therefore not management trends for me, but the expression of recognising that intelligence is distributed across many people – not one position.
"The real task of leadership is not to know the right answer to every question. It is to create conditions in which people can develop their answers together."
– Simone ReichsteinIn organisations too: people grow when they feel seen, heard and valued. I don't build culture. I support people in shaping a culture they want to carry. And I don't turn leaders into leaders. I help them live the kind of leadership that's already within them.
Every organisation is unique.
I listen first.
Then we develop together a path that fits your organisation – not the other way around. Depending on the situation I accompany with:
Agile Transformation
Agile as attitude, not method
Accompanying transformations that begin with the person and create lasting impact – not just implementing frameworks.
Culture Development
Culture is created daily
Developing a culture where people want to take responsibility – and are allowed to contribute their gifts.
Leadership Development
Leadership begins with oneself
Strengthening self-leadership, deepening self-awareness, developing the ability to empower rather than control. Staying centred in yourself, in a VUCA world.
Team Development
For all teams in the organisation
Building trust, making differences a resource, letting high performance emerge from genuine collaboration.
Change Processes
Shaping transformation humanly
Accompanying change processes that genuinely bring people along – not just communicate to them.
Workshops & Facilitation
Spaces for real conversations and decisions
Strategy days, retrospectives, large group facilitation – for better collaboration and decisions that genuinely move things, not just document them.

As flexible
as your organisation needs.
My accompaniment can look however fits for you – we discuss this together. I'm happy to come once, several times, or long-term, if you want to anchor a change sustainably.
And beyond that, even more is possible once we talk about it – up to an ongoing engagement over several months, for example one to two days a week on-site with you. With my background in natural science, agile coaching and organisational development, this often leads to surprisingly good solutions for exactly the gaps an organisation currently has.
Because I have lived the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner myself for over twelve years, I sometimes also support selectively: mentoring people who are new to these roles, or supporting the hiring process when internal experience is missing to recognise the right fit.
So you know what this rests on: training that prepared me specifically for this work – and more than nine years of practice within organisations.

MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Including at BREDEX GmbH, OSF Digital, Commend International and Salzburg AG.

Leadership doesn't
begin with strategy.
It begins with you.
Have you ever noticed how much better everything runs – when you are truly centred? The more you know yourself, the more self-aware you are, the more you become a calm centre. The better you can truly meet others. And see them for what they are.
Leaders who have arrived with themselves no longer need control. They can give trust – because they trust themselves. They create conditions under which people want to grow and take responsibility. Not because they have to. But because it feels right.
I accompany leaders on exactly this path – because I have walked it myself.
Why do I believe I'm the right person for this path? I tell that story in more depth on my About Me page.
I deliberately use the informal "you" with everyone I work with here. Not out of impoliteness, but because I believe real collaboration begins at eye level.

When individuals find themselves, stronger relationships emerge. From stronger relationships come extraordinary teams. And extraordinary teams shape organisations – that are adaptable, make decisions where the knowledge is, and can truly thrive today.
Ich
finds self & gifts
Wir
grows into high performance teams
Welt
organisation thrives & creates impact
This is not idealism. It is the observation I have made in over twelve years in technology companies, in agile teams, in transformation processes. Again and again.

Change shows first
in how people treat each other.
When the foundation is right – when people feel seen and can contribute their potential – a culture emerges. And from this culture everything else follows.
Conversations across hierarchies
Knowledge flows to where it is needed – not only upward.
Responsibility shared widely
Decisions emerge where the knowledge is – not only at the top.
Leadership gives orientation not answers
The best answers emerge together – not at the top alone.
Innovation grows from safety
People dare, because they know: here I may also fail and learn.
Silos dissolve
Teams work across boundaries because people trust and learn from each other.
Adaptability as strength
Organisations that bet on people can adapt faster – because everyone thinks along.
"It is always such a wonderful feeling to see what then becomes possible – how everyone grows, how people truly grow together, and what wonderful things can then be created together. And in the end it all comes back to the person. Because everything is connected."– Simone Reichstein
