A trust
in the person.
The manifesto, the philosophy, the vision and the mission behind everything I do – in one place, so it can be found without searching.
Together We Grow is not a method. It is a philosophy. And this philosophy carries everything I do.
I believe that every person
is already whole.
Not because it is a nice idea, but because I have experienced it myself – in coaching sessions, in energy sessions, in teams and in organisations. Again and again I encounter people who believe they are not enough: not brave enough, not competent enough, not lovable enough.
And almost always the same thing lies behind it: they have lost access to themselves – through experiences, through expectations, through adaptation. But their potential has not disappeared, it is simply waiting to be rediscovered.
"Their potential has not disappeared. It is simply waiting to be rediscovered."
People can
get back up, again and again.
I firmly believe that people have the ability to get back up and keep going, again and again – no matter what has happened. Healing can take place. And it's often even necessary, to truly grow.
It's usually the uncomfortable, difficult situations that make us truly grow. And afterwards we are grateful and happy to have walked exactly that path.
Every drop
makes up an entire ocean.
Every change, every growth – whether in an individual, a team, an entire organisation, or the world – always begins with a person. Not as a fixed sequence, but as a cycle in which every level carries the other: from the person to relationships, from there to teams and organisations, all the way to impact – and from there, back to the person again.
Being human is what connects us: the relationship with me, the relationship with you, the relationship between us – in a team, with a leader, between leader and team, and in what an organisation carries into the world. Everything has an effect, and everything is connected.
I don't see my task as changing people. I want to create spaces. Spaces where people can encounter themselves. Spaces where trust can grow. Spaces where gifts become visible. Spaces where relationships emerge. Spaces where teams grow together. Spaces where organisations can unfold their full potential.
Because I am convinced: change doesn't happen because we shape people. It happens because people begin to remember what was always already within them.
I see my role as being an Agent for Positive Change – someone who opens, holds and accompanies exactly these spaces.
My visionI wish for a world where people become their own friend. A world where every person can find their place and make their contribution. A world where we experience our differences not as a threat, but as an enrichment. A world where we recognise that personal growth never remains only personal – because everything we develop within ourselves also affects others.
"This impact doesn't end for me with coaching, teams or organisations. Growth that begins with one person doesn't stop there."
My philosophy in seven sentences:
Every person is unique. With a story, strengths and gifts that no one else can contribute in exactly this way.
Growth doesn't mean becoming someone else. It means living more of who we already are at our core.
We don't grow alone. We grow in relationships, through encounters, through trust.
Body, mind, emotions, soul and energy belong together. Those who ignore one part lose access to the whole.
Change needs safety, not pressure. People grow when conditions are right – not when they are driven.
Peace begins with the person. In me. Then in my relationships. Then in the world.
I → We → World. That is the direction in which everything essential emerges.
The Manifesto.
Organisations don't only consist of processes, strategies or structures, but above all of people – that is why I believe that economic success and humanity are not opposites.
Together We Grow is more than a name. It is an attitude. A trust in the person.
I believe that every person already carries everything essential within them.
I believe that development means remembering.
I believe that joy can be a compass.
I believe that our gifts become a present for others.
I believe that we are connected with one another.
I believe that science and intuition don't exclude each other, but complement one another.
I believe that change in a single person spreads like a drop that creates waves – into relationships, into teams, into organisations, and ultimately into the world.
I believe that we are all more alike than it seems – the same longings, the same fears, no matter where we come from.
And I believe that a more peaceful, more just and more liveable world begins where people find the courage to let it arise within themselves.
I am, because you are.
