How people grow together
Perhaps your team performs
well professionally.
And yet something
is not right.
The meetings feel sluggish, good people withdraw, decisions take forever – and everyone in the room usually senses what's going on, without anyone saying it out loud.
Jump straight to the formats ↓ Jump straight to a conversation ↓Roles were clarified.
Processes defined.
And still.
Tools were introduced, retrospectives held, perhaps even a team workshop. And yet something is missing, hard to name, but everyone senses it – because nobody asked how the people behind it are really doing.
We always bring ourselves along – our history, our values, our fears, our strengths. All of that enters every collaboration, whether we want it to or not. When we look back on our working life, we rarely remember processes – we remember people. That is why team development for me doesn't begin with processes. It begins with the person.
People grow when they feel seen, heard and valued – especially within a team. I don't make your team "good". I create the conditions in which trust, belonging and real collaboration can emerge.
Every team is unique.
That's why there's no standard solution.
I listen first. Then we develop together what your team really needs – not the other way around. Depending on the situation I accompany with:
Team Development
Trust and potential, made visible in the team
Clarifying roles, making strengths visible, strengthening collaboration – beginning with the person.
Communication & Feedback
Honest exchange that connects
Developing feedback culture, making difficult conversations possible, productively clarifying misunderstandings.
Conflict Resolution
Behind conflicts are needs
Understanding conflicts as developmental impulse and working through them – without leaving anyone behind.
Psychological Safety
Foundation for real innovation
Creating spaces where people can show up without fearing consequences.
Agile Teamwork
9+ years Scrum & Agile Coach
Agile as attitude – not as method. Developing self-organisation and self-responsibility.
Workshops & Retrospectives
Spaces for real conversations
Facilitated formats that genuinely bring people together – and make change possible.
As methodical as that sounds: it always begins with genuine interest – in your team, in your challenges, in what really moves you. I stay empathic, positive and solution-oriented throughout. And I help you look within yourselves: What's already there? Which next step wants to be taken? I encourage you to trust that the potential is already present – and that falling is allowed, as long as you get back up. That's exactly what growth is made of.
So you know what this rests on: training that prepared me specifically for this work – and more than nine years of practice with teams.

As flexible
as your team needs.
My accompaniment can look however fits for you – we discuss this together. I'm happy to come once, several times, or long-term, if you want to anchor a change sustainably.
And beyond that, even more is possible once we talk about it – up to an ongoing engagement over several months, for example one to two days a week directly with your team.

First be with yourself –
so you can truly
be with others.
This is not a spiritual thought. It is my experience from over twelve years in teams. The more someone is with themselves – the more they know, understand and trust themselves – the better they can be with others. Truly listen. Truly see. Truly be present.
And when that happens in a team – when people begin to truly encounter themselves and each other – something emerges. Trust doesn't grow through a workshop or a shared mission statement. It grows where people experience that they are seen, that their voice matters, and that they can make mistakes without losing their value.
A team doesn't become extraordinary because it knows the best methods. It becomes extraordinary when people begin to trust each other.
"Over time, this becomes what many companies call high performance. For me, however, it isn't the actual goal, but a natural consequence. Higher, faster, further doesn't need to be forced at the expense of individual people."
– Simone ReichsteinChange shows first
in everyday life –
not in metrics.
In the conversation that wasn't possible before. In the idea that's now brought forward. In the trust that grows noticeably. When that is right, results follow on their own. And then every metric a leader could wish for is fulfilled too.
Conversations become more open
Even difficult topics come to the table – without damaging relationships.
Trust grows noticeably
The foundation on which genuine collaboration becomes possible.
Ownership emerges naturally
Not because it's prescribed – but because people experience themselves as shapers.
Psychological safety emerges
People dare to bring ideas, address mistakes, ask real questions.
Difference becomes a strength
Different perspectives enrich rather than slow down – better decisions emerge.
Joy in work returns
Because everyone senses their contribution matters. And the team truly grows together.
Why do I believe I'm the right person for this path? I tell that story in more depth on my About Me page.

In teams I look at which skills are needed for a project to succeed and the customer to be happy. Together we look at who already has which skills – and for the ones missing, who might enjoy learning them.
And for the skills already present, I look closer: does this person actually enjoy it? Or is it something they have to do but no longer find fulfilling? Is there someone else on the team who would love to learn exactly that?
"Then I bring the two together. That's a win-win: someone who enjoys it gets to learn it. Someone who's good at it but no longer finds it fulfilling gets to pass it on."
– Simone Reichstein"It is always such a wonderful feeling to see what then becomes possible – how everyone grows, how people truly grow together, and what wonderful things can then be created together."– Simone Reichstein
What grows in a team eventually shapes the whole organisation. Trust scales – when given the room to do so.
